At ViceGripGarage, we want to make sure your gear is as reliable as a cold start on a vintage truck. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Condition
Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in the original packaging if possible and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
